OVERVIEW

Mapster is a multi-platform travel ecosystem designed to connect travelers with local services in one seamless experience. The platform combines a B2C product for travelers with dedicated B2B tools for local partners such as guides, drivers, real estate agents, and tour operators.

The goal was not to create another booking app, but to design a scalable system capable of supporting multiple roles, services, and business models within a single architecture.

KEY DESIGN
CHALLENGE

The main challenge was balancing simplicity with complexity.

The system needed to:

  • support many roles and business models
  • remain intuitive for first-time users
  • scale without redesigning the core experience

This required strong focus on:

  • information architecture
  • modular UX patterns
  • reusable interaction logic
